David Yeoman
Life is too important to be taken seriously and your past does not equal your future”
In 1996 when David’s daughter Honor died at birth and still being in pain from two serious back operations either side of this event, David realised the power of language and how it influences the mind body connection and our own intuitive ability to self heal. He went on to study how the power of language can transform lives and utilised this skill to assist other families in similar tragic situations.
It wasn’t only people in similar situations that benefited from David’s insights, he started to work with business leaders too. Having co-owned a multimillion pound business, he had first-hand experience of the emotional and people challenges faced on a daily basis by employees & leaders. Today, his techniques and philosophy are part of the solution to challenges faced by business employing people and he is acknowledged as the enabler for a FTSE100 company to win the CIMA Global Award for Best Employer.
Now a regular guest on radio and press contributor on leadership and behaviours in the workplace, he is called to provide his thoughts on topics including ’Shaping Your Mindset’ and ‘Creating A Culture of Operational Excellence.’
And with David’s help, little old Inverness Caledonian Thistle, managed by Ex England Captain, Terry Butcher:- were promoted to the Scottish Premier League and enjoyed their best ever league finish.
